Holding a bachelor's degree from UNC-Chapel Hill, Mr. Toms began the practice of
commercial brokerage in 1985. He focuses on sales and leasing of commercial
office buildings, retail shopping centers and land and also works with
restaurant transactions. Most recently, Mr. Toms has focused on tenant
representation with an emphasis on negotiating leases on behalf of
tenants.
