| John Thomas Tolley, III

Mr. Tolley holds a double major Bachelor's
degree in Political Science and Radio, Television, and Motion Pictures
from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1982. He also
holds an MBA from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte in
1986. Mr. Tolley has been a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser
license since 1997. Mr. Tolley's experience includes 4 years as a
Local Government Specialist at the North Carolina Department of Revenue
and 4 years as a consultant at HealthSource Health Plans. Mr. Tolley
now operates Borden Tolley Appraisal Services in which he appraises
both residential and commercial real estate.
